“Voter I.D. Must Be Part of Every Single Vote. NO EXCEPTIONS! I Will Be Doing An Executive Order To That End!!! Also, No Mail-In Voting, Except For Those That Are Very Ill, And The Far Away Military. USE PAPER BALLOTS ONLY!!! President DJT” @realDonaldTrump

Fact-Check Summary The post attributed to President Trump on Truth Social asserts that he will mandate universal voter ID, severely restrict mail-in voting, and require paper ballots exclusively via executive order. “THE RUSSIA HOAX — SHOCKING DETAILS!” @realDonaldTrump

Fact-Check Summary Claims that the entire Russia investigation or the 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment were a “hoax” or fabricated are not supported by the preponderance of evidence from multiple independent investigations, including those conducted by Special Counsel Mueller, Congress, and oversight entities. Substantial evidence clearly establishes that Russia engaged in influence and interference operations during

“Blue Slips need to go, bad for the Republican Party, and our Country!” @realDonaldTrump

Fact-Check Summary The claim that “Blue Slips need to go bad for the Republican Party and our Country” is misleading and inaccurate. The blue slip tradition is strongly supported by the majority of Republican senators, not opposed. Historically, blue slips have provided Republicans with significant power to block Democratic judicial nominees, especially when they are

“THE RUSSIA HOAX!” @realDonaldTrump

Fact-Check Summary The claim that Russia’s 2016 election interference is a “hoax” is flatly contradicted by a body of rigorous, bipartisan investigations—including the Mueller Report, Senate Intelligence Committee findings, and judicial reviews—establishing that Russian government actors did, in fact, mount systematic and sweeping operations to influence the outcome of the 2016 U.S. presidential election. “DC is virtually, in just 14 days, a CRIME FREE ZONE. The people living and working there are ecstatic!!! President DJT” @realDonaldTrump

Fact-Check Summary The claim that DC is “virtually in just 14 days a CRIME FREE ZONE” with residents “ecstatic” over President Trump’s intervention is a substantial exaggeration. While crime, especially carjacking and homicide, has significantly decreased—continuing a downward trend already underway prior to the federal involvement—DC is not crime-free. Official year-to-date statistics show ongoing incidents

Fact-Check Summary The claim that six people were killed and 24 shot in Chicago last weekend is an exaggeration not supported by most official or credible reports, which recorded between two to four fatalities and up to 30 shooting victims depending on the timeframes. “I used, at the White House, the most beautiful marble and stone available anywhere. Surfaces are very important to me as a Builder. As everyone knows, I built many GREAT Buildings, and other things, over the years. At the White House, I am very proud of the beautiful stonework we did in the Rose Garden, in this case, using limestone plus. The Rose Garden is completed, and far more beautiful than anyone ever had in mind when it was conceived of, decades ago. Three days ago, while admiring the stonework, I happened to notice a huge gash in the limestone that extended more than 25 yards long. It was deep and nasty! I started yelling, Who did this, and I want to find out now! — And I didnt say this in a nice manner. I wondered, Was it vandalism or, was it stupidity? Lo and behold, because of the fact that weve installed the finest security equipment anywhere, they brought back the stupid people, with their boss watching (in sunglasses!). It was a subcontractor that was installing heavy landscaping on a steel cart that was broken and tilting badly, with it rubbing hard against the soft, beautiful stone. I love and respect great workers and contractors, but something like this should never happen. Now, Ill replace the stone, charge the contractor, and never let that contractor work at the White House again — But, how great is the video equipment? We caught them, cold. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!” @realDonaldTrump

Fact-Check Summary Donald Trump’s Truth Social post about limestone damage in the White House Rose Garden contains several claims. The core assertion—that the Rose Garden was renovated with high-quality limestone, and a contractor accidentally damaged it—aligns with documented factual accounts from multiple sources. Trump’s statements about witnessing the damage, reacting strongly, and vowing to hold

“RT @marklevinshowTHE APPELLATE COURT MAJORITY TARIFF DECISION WAS WRONGThe appellate court majority that ruled against most of the presidents tariffs has it wrong.  Whether you like tariffs or not, the act at issue does, in fact, grant the president broad powers to declare an emergency.  Even more, the Constitution, under Article II, grants the president broad powers to make foreign policy.  The presidents lawyers are obviously aware of this, which is why the executive orders at issue rely, in part, on serious foreign policy considerations, including, as an example, Mexico, Canada, and China, which the president has determined are not doing enough to prevent the flow of deadly drugs into our country.  The combination of broad authority and Article II powers trump the issues raised by the courts majority.  Moreover, judges should not be the final decision-makers about such matters as theyre exercising authority that was never delegated to them, and they should not substitute their own policy preferences for the presidents.  The check here is Congress — that is, if it wishes to amend the law or pass a new law curbing the presidents power here.  That said, Congress does not have boundless power, and it could run into separation of powers issues, given Article II and the presidents foreign policy authority.  The Supreme Court will, once again, rule on this.  In the past, Justices Thomas, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh have noted the broad authority of the president in circumstances similar to this.  I expect Justice Alito would concur.  ” @realDonaldTrump

Fact-Check Summary The post claims that the appellate court wrongly restrained presidential tariff powers, asserting broad executive authority under statute and Article II. However, constitutional and legal analysis shows that tariff power is primarily a Congressional prerogative. Recent federal court decisions (7-4 appellate court majority) emphasized that the Constitution and statutes do not permit unilateral

“THE APPELLATE COURT MAJORITY TARIFF DECISION WAS WRONG” @realDonaldTrump

Fact-Check Summary The post accurately states that the federal appellate court ruled against most of the president’s tariffs. It is correct that the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) gives the president substantial emergency powers, and Article II does grant broad foreign policy authority. However, the post misrepresents the limits of these powers: the court
